At Cardiff City FC Community Foundation, many of our employee’s journeys began through volunteering. They have shown the dedication and attributes to gain employment and have made a direct impact on our work at the Community Foundation, to change lives and transform communities.

There are a variety of ways to volunteer within our services:
  • Premier League Kicks coach
  • Community Foundation event
  • Challenge event assistant
  • Matchday assistant
  • Disability coach
Whatever you contribute through volunteering with us, whether it's seasonal, once a week, or anything in between, you will become a valued member of the Cardiff City FC Community Foundation.

Volunteering with the Community Foundation will give you the opportunity to:

If your application is successful, we will provide a full induction and any necessary training to prepare you for your volunteering journey with us.
