About the Role
Community360 is seeking a dependable and highly organized Executive & HR Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the CEO and Board of Trustees, as well as assist with HR compliance and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Assistant Functions: 
  • Provide PA support to the CEO and Board of Trustees, including diary management, meeting scheduling, and minute-taking. 
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and presentations for board meetings.
  •  Manage correspondence and maintain confidentiality at all times. 
  • HR Administrative Support:
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including compliance checks, induction scheduling, and exit procedures.
  • Conduct right-to-work and DBS checks, maintaining accurate employee records in line with GDPR.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, variation letters, and reference requests.
  • Track and update HR systems for leave, absence, and training records.
  • Support recruitment administration, including posting adverts and scheduling interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. 
  • General Administrative Duties: 
  • Handle email and telephone enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required. 

Experience

Essential:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, HR Administrator, or Board Secretary.
  • Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential information.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or boards is highly desirable.
Desirable:
  • Experience working remotely and managing virtual communications.
  • Experience with board governance processes and facilitating board meetings.
