Gloucestershire Gateway Trust (GGT) is proud to bring together over 40 community organisations and stakeholders in a groundbreaking partnership to deliver a vision of Family Hubs in Gloucester and Forest of Dean that builds upon the strengths of local people and create vibrant and connected community spaces. We are now looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Content Creator and Centre Assistant, supporting our nine Children and Family Centres across Gloucester and the Forest of Dean.

Are you passionate about storytelling, digital creativity, and supporting community teams? Do you thrive in a varied role where you can use your creative skills to make a real difference, while also providing essential support to a busy team? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

As our Content Creator and Centre Assistant, you will play a key role in capturing and sharing the stories of our Children and Family Centres. You’ll create engaging content for our social media channels (especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) and our CFC website, using your skills in photography, video, image editing, and tools like Canva. You’ll travel between our centres to capture real-life moments and support our mission to connect families and communities. Alongside your creative work, you’ll provide vital administrative and centre support, with reception and customer service responsibilities, general administration, and supporting colleagues across our centres as needed.

 

You could have worked in marketing before or have no specific qualifications but lots of personal or voluntary experience, or you could be a recent graduate looking for their first role to apply what you have learned. But you must have:

 

 

Successful candidates will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
