Help power the UK’s energy transition.

Aura Power is building more large UK solar assets and we need to grow our team! We’re looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to play a hands-on role in delivering clean energy at scale.

This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days look the same. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in being organised, proactive and reliable.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support for our UK solar assets, from financing into construction and operations. If you enjoy juggling priorities, staying one step ahead, and being at the heart of delivery, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining and updating internal project trackers and databases
  • Managing project datarooms (e.g. Firmex, Box)
  • Recording actions, tracking progress, and following up on delivery
  • Supporting reporting and document control across multiple projects
  • Providing general administrative and coordination support to the construction team

Ad-hoc tasks might include:
  • Preparing meeting agendas and action logs
  • Coordinating inputs from contractors, consultants and internal teams
  • Supporting audits, due diligence or funding milestones
  • Chasing documentation, approvals or technical inputs under tight deadlines
  • Helping onboard new projects into internal systems

You’ll bring:
  • Experience in project coordination, administration or document control
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do mindset and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Industry experience in energy, engineering or technical projects (desirable, not essential)

Our values matter
At Aura Power, our values guide how we work and how we treat one another. You’ll feel at home here if you are:
Motivationally Fit – aligned with the role, the team and our mission
Collaborative – involving the right people and communicating clearly
Responsible – taking ownership and delivering on commitments
A Force for Good – positive for colleagues, communities and the planet
Impactful – insightful, organised and focused on what matters
Curious – adaptable, innovative and keen to learn

Why you’ll want to work at Aura Power:
We’re proud of our inclusive, supportive culture and our role in tackling climate change. In return for your contribution, we offer:
  • Private medical insurance (Vitality)
  • Equalised Parental Leave
  • 28 days’ annual leave plus public holidays
  • Death in Service benefit
  • Flexible working and a genuine focus on work–life balance
  • Holiday purchase scheme
  • Pension scheme
  • Regular team socials and team-building days
  • A beautiful central Bristol office with bike storage and showers

If you want to be part of a purpose-driven team delivering real impact through renewable energy, we’d love to hear from you.
