Based at Aqua Park Rutland providing sales and administration support to both Rutland and Aqua Park Lakeside. 

What you will be doing: 
  • Opening up and closing the site as a key holder, ensuring everything is ready for the day.
  • Managing sales leads and the customer service inbox, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Converting enquiries into bookings, we aim for  80%, or more. 
  • Following the Group booking procedure, ensuring payments are made on time, (either on invoice or one month before the session).
  • Supporting incentive schemes so team members can earn rewards under the company’s current programmes. 
  • You will monitor the performance of the Visitor Experience and Sales team, offering encouragement and light coaching. 
  • Checking weekly data on our RotaCloud system, to support accurate payroll at month end. Reviewing check clock-in/clock-out times, start times, break times and finish times.
  • Ensuring that all accidents and incidents are appropriately recorded, and chasing documentation appropriately.
  • Handling admin for any site closures, including cancellations, gift cards & refunds).
  • Assist with the pre season and end of season stock take,  at our Rutland site.
  • Acting as a role model to the Visitor Experience & Sales team at all times.
  • Any other administrative tasks as directed. 

Training & Development:

  • You will receive one to one training from our management team. 
  • You will also receive general induction training and site specific training, supported by  our friendly team.

You have a strong attention to detail and take pride in doing a job well.
You bring previous sales and administration experience.
You’re organised, reliable and confident working independently.
You understand the basics of financial reconciliation.
You are comfortable adapting to changing hours as the season gets busy.
