Are you a recent finance graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Accounts Payable (AP) and eager to qualify as an Accountant? Join our growing, fast-paced company and help shape the future of an innovative cyber security business.

What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Finance Controller and based in our London office three days per week (with two days remote), you will:
- Manage AP/AR processes including data entry, reconciliations, vendor bills, payments, and expense reports.
- Maintain vendor records, create purchase orders, and manage customer invoices and cash receipts.
- Handle sales orders, journal entries, bank receipts, bank reconciliations, invoice posting, and payment processing.
- Respond to finance and audit queries, manage the shared Accounts mailbox, and support month-end processes.
- Monitor cash balances, save statements, and chase outstanding debt.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 1–3 years of experience in AR or AP within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence in data manipulation.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to change.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
