Role Summary
You will form part of the SSAS Operational Team, with specific responsibility for carrying out full cradle to grave administration tasks relating to your allocated portfolio of SSAS clients. You will be expected to deliver excellent technical and customer service outcomes to your clients and intermediaries by keeping up to date with internal and external policies, whilst forming strong personal relationships via verbal and written communications.  The role requires you to promote company cultures and behaviours and actively contribute to WBR Group being a great place to work.  
 
Key Accountabilities

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of individual clients and their advisers and actively engage with all parties to forge strong personal relationships and achieve the best possible customer outcomes. 
Accountable for all aspects of scheme administration, relating to allocated client portfolio, being completed to high quality standards and within agreed internal and external timeframes.    Maintain up to date knowledge of internal and external regulatory process requirements and responsible for adherence to these. 
Ensure scheme data across all operation systems is full and accurate to mitigate risk to the business.  Independently manage own workload, using the operating systems in the way agreed by the business. Identify and proactively undertake learning to fill individual and team skill gaps where required.  Embrace and deliver the core values of the business, Professionalism, Excellence, Empathy and Respect. 
Strive to make a difference by raising solution-based challenge and ideas in appropriate forums.

Skills & Experience Required

Sound knowledge of SSAS or SIPP pensions. 
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload. 
Work well under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work to prescribed deadlines. 
An understanding of SSAS property and loan backs with good knowledge of SSAS benefits. 
Evidence of good client management and/or relationship management experience. 
Clear concise communication skills at all levels. 
A positive attitude to client care. 
Proactive, enthusiastic, and driven approach. 
Ability to develop and maintain excellent internal and external relationships.
