We’ll provide full training, mentorship, and exposure to exciting projects across commercial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.

For—the Responsibilities  
  • Assist senior engineers with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks on commercial HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).       
  • Support fault-finding and remedial works under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate job records and communicate site information effectively.       
  • Adhere to all company safety and compliance processes. 
  • Participate in toolbox talks, training sessions, and engineering meetings.       
  • Develop technical knowledge and practical skills to progress toward qualified engineer status.

For—the Person
We’re searching for someone who’s reliable, proactive, and eager to learn—a team player ready to kick-start their career in building services engineering.
Essential: 
  • A genuine interest in mechanical and electrical building services. 
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions carefully. 
  • Willingness to undertake college-based apprenticeship training as part of your development.
Desirable: 
  • Full UK driving licence (or working towards it). 
  • Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems. 
  • Previous experience in building services or maintenance.
  • CSCS card or equivalent certification. 
  • Awareness of health and safety practices.
Qualifications       
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science at Grade 4/C or above.       
  • Already enrolled, or willing to enrol, in a Level 2 Building Services Engineering (Service & Maintenance) apprenticeship.
