- Assist senior engineers with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks on commercial HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).
- Support fault-finding and remedial works under supervision.
- Maintain accurate job records and communicate site information effectively.
- Adhere to all company safety and compliance processes.
- Participate in toolbox talks, training sessions, and engineering meetings.
- Develop technical knowledge and practical skills to progress toward qualified engineer status.

Essential:
- A genuine interest in mechanical and electrical building services.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions carefully.
- Willingness to undertake college-based apprenticeship training as part of your development.
Desirable:
- Full UK driving licence (or working towards it).
- Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems.
- Previous experience in building services or maintenance.
- CSCS card or equivalent certification.
- Awareness of health and safety practices.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science at Grade 4/C or above.
- Already enrolled, or willing to enrol, in a Level 2 Building Services Engineering (Service & Maintenance) apprenticeship.
