About Us

We aim to become the champions of mental health on the Isle of Man from low-level early intervention positive mental health support and training, through to more complex needs and longer-term conditions. We work in collaboration with the statutory services and other third sector partners to provide a unique environment on our beautiful Island where the importance of mental health is recognised and the community work together to provide timely and appropriate interventions at every level.

About You

You will be proactive, with a can-do attitude and the confidence to take initiative, with experience of organising events in paid, voluntary, or academic settings. You must be able to demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills, along with excellent communication and relationship-building experience. You will be used to working as part of a team and be able to multi-task and organise tasks according to priority and importance.

You will have experience in public speaking, and familiarity with community fundraising and supporter engagement. You will already know how to build relationships to provide donors and clients with an excellent experience when interacting with the charity. You will have experience of achieving income targets and growth, enthusiasm and drive and a flair for motivating others. As you will travel to multiple locations across the Island, a full clean driving licence is essential. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the organisation, which will include occasionally working evenings and weekends
