As Marketing Executive, you will work closely with a small team of marketing professionals and the Director of Marketing to shape, support and deliver effective marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.
This is a permanent role (with a 6-month probationary period).
Main duties and responsibilities
You’ll help us to plan, develop and deliver marketing communications to our current and prospective customers and stakeholders across multiple channels. You contribute to the planning, execution and analysis of campaigns, and support event delivery and audience engagement.
This is a hands-on, creative role requiring excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and delivery of tactical integrated marketing campaigns, aligned with objectives.
• Manage and maintain key marketing channels, including the Mesma website, email, social media and print.
• Be engaged in the creation of materials for a range of audiences and formats (e.g. blogs, email, brochures, reports).
• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including briefing and liaising with designers, agencies and printers.
• Organise and support the marketing of webinars, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance data (digital and offline), using insights to inform future activity.
• Support CRM activity and customer engagement campaigns, working closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Help ensure brand consistency across all external communications and collateral.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Assist with internal communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Shape Innovation - Bring ideas into the team and welcome, encourage and explore the ideas of others.

Skills and knowledge requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, email marketing and CMS tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
- Confident using analytics tools to evaluate marketing performance and make data-led decisions.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Experience in marketing within a SaaS or professional services organisation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Understanding of the education, skills or quality assurance sectors.
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
