About the Role

We are seeking a Tax Senior to join our growing UK team. This role is principally based in our Reigate office, though there may be flexibility for the right candidate to be based in Sevenoaks or Basingstoke.

The role will focus on private clients, including non-residents and non-doms, HNW individuals, property investors, and trusts.  You will take ownership of an existing portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact, while supporting senior managers and directors on advisory projects.

This role offers variety and progression: you will gain exposure across compliance, advisory, and client relationship management, rather than being confined to one narrow area. For ambitious candidates, the position provides a clear pathway towards Assistant Manager and beyond, with full support for continued professional development.

About Imperium

Imperium UK was established in 2019 and has grown rapidly following the merger of three respected tax and accountancy practices. From the outset, our objective has been clear: to remove complexity, build confidence, and deliver measurable value for our clients.

We work with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, owner-managed businesses, and international groups whose affairs often cross borders and structures. With offices in the UK, Channel Islands, and Switzerland, we provide joined-up tax, accountancy, and fiduciary services with a genuinely international outlook.

Independence underpins everything we do. Imperium is privately owned and free of ties to banks, law firms, or investment houses, ensuring our advice is impartial and aligned solely with clients’ objectives.

We have consciously rejected the impersonal style often associated with traditional firms. Our culture is collaborative, approachable, and people-focused — both for clients and for our team.
