As a CMMS Assistant at AOC, you will be supporting our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Maximo.
The CMMS Assistant shall support the CMMS & Reliability Engineer in the Maintenance team.
Responsibilties
- Manage all "Simple status" Change Requests
- Action Bulk changes in Maximo i.e. descriptions/routes/JPs
- Ongoing manual updating of Maximo – duplicating job plans etc.
- Change PMs to dynamic
- Cancel work orders when making PMs dynamic
- Assist with weekly/monthly reports
- Update Maximo daily with missing information from offshore/onshore teams
- Assist making help sheets that are simple but informative
- Test all user guides to ensure they are functional and flow well in Maximo.
This role is well-suited for individuals who are eager to begin their career in maintenance, have recently graduated, or are seeking valuable entry-level experience.
