About the Role 
You’ll play a key role in supporting the CEO and Executive Team with diary and travel management, coordinating key meetings, managing internal communications, and supporting board logistics. You’ll also oversee the day-to-day running of our UK office, from general coordination to organising team socials and hosting visitors. 

While much of the role can be done remotely, availability across four working days (Monday–Thursday) each week is required. We’re ideally looking for a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 25 hours per week, with flexibility depending on your level of experience and ability to meet the role’s requirements. We also value in-person collaboration and ask for approximately two office visits per month (London), with flexibility to increase this as needed for key meetings and events. 
 
About You 
  • Experienced in supporting senior leaders and wider teams in a busy, mission-driven environment 
  • Confident managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, and meetings 
  • Comfortable coordinating internal logistics such as team events and office support 
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively 
  • Highly organised, proactive, and a clear communicator 
  • Values flexibility but understands the importance of in-person connection 
  • Able to work independently, manage your workload, and use your time efficiently 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, video conferencing tools, and basic IT troubleshooting 
  • Able to work from the London office at least twice a month
