As T Level Programme Specialist reporting to the Director of Programmes, you will play a key role in the delivery and development of our nationally significant T Level support programmes. Your work will help T Level provider employer engagement teams - and employers - to be fully supported in offering high-quality industry placements and curriculum delivery. You will also contribute to enhancing our other programmes and commercial CPD and consultancy services relating to technical education more generally.

This is a permanent role (with a 6-month probationary period).

Main duties and responsibilities  

Programme Delivery
Lead and support delivery across key T Level support programmes (for provider employer engagement teams and employers), ensuring milestones, KPIs, and quality standards are met.

Content Development and Delivery
Design and deliver high-quality CPD, resources, webinars, and workshops aligned with T Level and other technical education programme needs and emerging employer demands.

Stakeholder Engagement
Build effective relationships with providers, employers and stakeholders including DfE, the T Level Ambassador Network, the Gatsby Foundation, and regional and sector partners.

Data and Impact
Capture insights and evaluate programme effectiveness, using feedback and data to adapt content and improve outcomes.

Commercial Services Contribution
Contribute to related commercial assignments, such as employer engagement training and support, helping to grow SDN Mesma Group’s offer in technical education.

Skills and knowledge requirements

Essential
  • In-depth knowledge of T Levels policy and practice.

  • Experience of employer engagement (e.g. sourcing / coordinating T Level industry placements).

  • Ability to design and deliver high-quality training and CPD.

  • Experience in programme and project delivery within the education and skills sectors.

  • Strong relationship-building and coordination skills.

  • Strong communication, writing and editing skills.

  • Familiarity with DfE or similar funding and policy environments.

  • Proficiency with office technology, in particular Microsoft Office and Teams and digital tools for online delivery (Zoom, Teams, CRM systems).

  • Comfortable working in a remote, agile team environment.

  • To be based in England.

Desirable
  • Relevant apprenticeship, degree or professional qualification.
