Senior Producer:
As a Senior Producer, you will oversee the development and delivery of one or more titles at Secret Mode, working closely with internal teams and external development partners. You’ll be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality, while fostering a collaborative and transparent environment.

In your new role you will:
· Lead Projects: Drive the production process from concept to release, ensuring milestones are met and quality targets achieved across multiple platforms.
· Schedule & Plan: Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets in collaboration with development teams.
Incorporate community sentiment and analytics into production planning to ensure updates resonate with the player base and sustain long-term engagement.
· Coordinate: Facilitate communication between development, QA, marketing, and publishing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
· Risk Manage: Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders informed of potential issues.
· Manage Partners: Maintain strong relationships with external developers and partners, acting as the primary point of contact for production matters.
· Advocate for Quality: Work with the QA team to champion quality at every stage, ensuring the player experience remains the top priority.
· Report: Deliver regular, transparent progress reports to senior leadership.
· Evaluate: Review and assess milestone submissions from development teams, ensuring they meet agreed scope, quality, and technical requirements before approval.
· Mentor: Support and coach Associate and Mid-level Producers within the production team.
To be successful you will have:
- 5+ years of production experience in the games industry, with at least 2 years in a Senior Producer or equivalent role.
- Proven track record of shipping at least two titles (preferably across different platforms or genres).
- Strong understanding of game development lifecycles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial realities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with external partners and managing distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of 1st party submission, compliance, and certification requirements (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Epic) and the ability to guide teams through the process.
- Familiarity with live service operations workflows, patch deployment processes, and post-release support.
- Experience producing licensed titles, working with IP holders, and navigating brand approval processes.
Nice to have:
- Experience in both AAA and indie environments.
- Familiarity with localization processes.
- Experience coordinating multi-platform launches, including 1st party submission and certification.
Hybrid role:
· This role will require you to be onsite at our Leamington studio several times per month.
· This role may also involve travel to various events or meetings dependent on the projects you are working on.
