The Customer Success function at Reliance Cyber is a strategic enabler of customer retention, growth, and advocacy. Its core purpose is to ensure that every client receives consistent, high-quality, and outcome-driven experiences throughout the contract lifecycle.
The Customer Success Associate at Reliance Cyber plays a vital supporting role in delivering a consistent and positive experience to clients throughout the life of their contract. This role contributes directly to customer satisfaction and retention by helping ensure that service quality is upheld, feedback is actioned, and day-to-day service activities are well-coordinated and communicated.
Key areas of focus for this role will be:
- Client engagement & service support
- Issue management & escalation
- Reporting & documentation
- Process & continuous improvement
- Renewals & commercial support
- Team collaboration
We would expect the successful candidate to have 1-2 years' experience in a service support or customer facing roles, ideally within a technology or managed services environment. They will need to have experience supporting multiple clients in a fast-paced environment and be able to build effective working relationships across a range of different stakeholder groups.
