Details
Traditional/Operational Marketing Support:

·       Manage internal marketing collateral (printed materials, merchandise inventory, brochures, etc.)

·       Ordering logo stickers, correx boards, and branded materials through the lightyear tool

·       Support award entries by identifying brand opportunities, collating information, writing submission drafts, and designing accompanying materials

·       Managing the production and distribution of internal newsletters 

·       Providing administrative support for video and photo shoots, including the production of call sheets and creative briefs

·       Support reactive artwork and brand presentation material creation for urgent internal or client use

·       Assist in planning and executing events, including pre/post-event admin and on-site support

·       Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support branding initiatives in the HQ and production units

Project Management:

·       Coordinate and engage in cross-functional projects (e.g. content shoots, collateral redesigns, external communications)

·       Support the creation and updating of marketing-specific documentation, call sheets, and briefs for internal or client-facing projects across the organisation

·       Utilise our existing brand guidelines and asset library to produce new materials and imagery in accordance with needs from across the organisation, including some external stakeholders

·       Monitor and manage deadlines, approvals, and project milestones across stakeholders

Sales & Customer Support:

·       Handle seasonal customer communication tasks alongside customer service

·       Pass inbound service messages to appropriate team members and assist with basic customer comms if necessary

·       Fulfil ad hoc requests from all departments for collateral, proposals, and tailored documentation when required


Personal Traits 

Essential:

·       Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

·       Strong written communication and attention to detail

·       Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Word)

·       Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders

·       Proactive attitude and comfortable with reactive tasks

·       Basic familiarity with brand, marketing or design assets

Desirable:

·       Previous experience in a marketing or communications support role

·       Working knowledge of creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, Figma)

·       Experience in event planning or production environments

·       Understanding of customer journeys and client servicing
