Elite Scholarship Coach (CRC)
Department Youth Development
Reports to Elite Scholarship Programme Manager
Location Based at the clubs training grounds, along with the main office at the Abbey Stadium.
Salary Dependent on Qualifications 
Hours Monday: 1.30-3.30, Tuesday: 9:30 -11.30, Wednesday Fixture (Home or Away) 

Role Summary
- Support and manage the players in the Elite Scholarship for 
Male teams.
- To deliver coaching sessions to all Elite Scholarship players in line with 
the Youth Development & Boys Elite programme Philosophy and coaching curriculum.
- To attend and assist in the operation of the games programme for the 
Elite Scholarship Schemes.
- To manage, review and implement the best strategy to continuously 
improve the programme as best as possible. 
- To ensure the Youth Development Values are adhered to by the 
players within the CRC Programme. 
- To assist in the monitoring and assessment of the players in the whole 
CRC Programme from training and match performances.
- To assist with the scouting and recruitment process where appropriate 
for all teams within our Elite Scholarship programme. 

- To assist with administrative tasks related to the role, including general 
organisation, recording of sessions and match performances and player 
reviews.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience Required/ Desirable
Introduction to First Aid qualification
FA Safeguarding children workshop
Experienced in talent ID
Experience of delivering excellent customer services
IT Skills, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Experience of working with player/parents in football environments
Experience in leading/managing an area/people or teams
Experience working in a high performing business environment
Understands how elite players are developed
 
Personal Qualities/Attributes
Hardworking and enthusiastic
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable and committed
