🕖 Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Are you a proactive and driven leader with a passion for production efficiency and product quality? At Lincolnshire Herbs Ltd, we are seeking a Line Leader (Cut) to join our late shift team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality herbs to our customers.

🧾 About the Role

As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a production line to ensure:

You will coach and support team members, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our values of quality, sustainability, and customer focus are consistently met.

📌 Key Responsibilities

👥 Lead a team to deliver efficient, quality-focused production every shift
 📊 Drive line efficiencies, reduce downtime, and manage waste effectively
 🧠 Monitor and improve staff performance through coaching and upskilling
 📝 Maintain accurate records and ensure full traceability of all production
 🔧 Liaise with quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly
 🧼 Uphold hygiene, GMP, and health & safety standards at all times
 🧽 Ensure machinery is cleaned and set up correctly before and during shifts
 💡 Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team KPIs

🧑‍🔧 About You

✔️ Proven experience in a similar food production or FMCG environment
 🗣️ Strong leadership and communication skills
 🔍 A keen eye for quality and detail
 ⏱️ Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
 💪 Flexible, positive attitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
