Details
1. Provide administrative support to the General Manager and the wider Norway team.
2. Provide assistance and administrative support to Global Support Functions such as HR, Finance and QHSE.
3. Support for office and facility management duties.
4. Provide procurement assistance. 
5. Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures.
6. Prepare presentations, reports, inductions, and schedule meetings.
7. Provide out-of-office support to the other support roles within the Region.
8. Make travel arrangements and reservations.
9. Taking and directing phone calls.
10. Greet and provide general support to visitors.
11. Ensure that all customer interaction and correspondence is professional in nature.
12. Ability to meet deadlines and to work outside of standard office hours as required.  
13. Adhere to all STR policies and procedures.
14. To carry out other reasonable duties as required.

Notes

To support the Norway team with general administrative support across the majority of disciplines including sales, finance and logistics. This role will require the creation of efficient office processes and implementation to the team. Booking for travel and preparing reports and presentations will be a key part of this role.
