REGULATION is London's premier fetish brand, specialising in British made fetish wear & cutting edge sex toys and BDSM equipment.
As a retail sales assistant in our REGULATION London store you'll be based in the heart of Soho delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a long serving gay fetish retailer, the customer is at the centre of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting and advising customers in store or via other sales channels.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction using product knowledge and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer’s needs
- Daily store tasks including cleaning, re-merchandising and stock checks, without necessary supervision.
- Managing in store collections and stock transfers.
- Staying in touch with other departments via internal communication systems.
- Learning how to measure customers during Custom Fit clothing appointments.
- Handling phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
Skills & Requirements
- Technically competent with good problem solving skills
- Previous retail experience advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Have an awareness of the REGULATION brand and our appeal to customers.
- Be able to communicate positively and effectively with peers
