<div class="trix-content"> <div>The Hub at Foulston Park is a brand-new, dynamic sports and wellbeing community facility in the heart of Devonport. We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and motivated Operations Manager to step into this pivotal role being someone who is outwards facing and can bring the site to life by driving the daily operational, commercial, and community impact of the hub.</div><div><br></div><div>The post-holder will operate as the on-shift manager, responsible for all aspects of operational management and delivery at the Hub. This will include quality assuring service delivery within facilities and services, maintaining health and safety standards, and managing maintenance and cleaning requirements. You’ll manage and motivate a team of staff, ensuring that daily tasks are delegated and completed, that all facilities are safe and fit for purpose, and that the customer experience is the primary focus.</div><div><br></div><div>This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the General Manager and Head of Facilities, where you’ll primarily be responsible for overseeing and optimising the day-to-day activities of the Hub, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all functions, including daily maintenance regimes, cleaning schedules, and other health and safety related matters.</div><div><br></div><div>This is a highly visible, service-focussed, hands-on management position, requiring someone that is passionate about providing high standards and working efficiently.
