Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and agile individual to join our SSAS Proposition Team. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to understand our core SSAS proposition and suggest improvements and enhancements. Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of the wider SSAS market will be essential, as well as the ability to work independently. Strong analytical skills are required to see opportunities for development and improvement.
 
This individual will have excellent customer service skills, managing expectations of key internal stakeholders and will be responsible for measuring client experience. 

Key Accountabilities
Proposition strategy: Define, communicate and own development of the SSAS proposition to be best in class and thereby a market-leading proposition together with a vision for long-term strategy. 

Propositional development: Oversee elements of the proposition development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring that it meets the needs, characteristics and objectives of customers in the target market. 

Understand the SSAS market: Analyse industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform strategic business development initiatives. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential client streams and business opportunities. 

Sales Support: Assist with the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our client base.

Oversight and management of internal and external technical literature: Work with the Pensions Technical Team to create new and amend existing technical literature to ensure that we are delivering correct and relevant technical information to external and internal audiences. This includes the creation and deliver of an annual review process and analysis of competitor literature. 

Regulatory change: Work closely with the Risk and Compliance team to understand regulatory changes and analyse how this might impact us as a business and our clients. 

Reporting and tracking: Be responsible for the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track propositional performance including the inflow and outflow of business.

Skills & Experience
Experience of SSAS/SIPP propositions (preferred)
Ability to assess, analyse and manage risks
Ability to be organised and flexible to reflect the changing demands of the role
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
