Job Role
We are currently looking for a Visitor Services Supervisor to join our Venues Team at the Broadway Cinema & Theatre.
Working on the front-line in our busy venue you will manage the expectations of customers, team members and service users.
We are seeking confident self-starters with excellent communication skills to clearly set team priorities and tasks.
Key Skills/Experience required
- Experience of working in a customer facing organisation
- Experience of supervising and motivating staff with a
collaborative style
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable, personable, a team player with a ‘can do
attitude’ and a good work ethic.
Please note the hours are 35 hours per week on a shift rota pattern, therefore flexibility will be required
