We’re looking for proactive and team-focused individuals to join our fun, friendly, and supportive team at Bluecoat Sports. 

As a Dry Side Activities Assistant, you’ll be involved in a range of children’s activities including Jump ‘n’ Play, parties, kids club sessions, supervised and coached activities, and classes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading and supporting a variety of children’s activities, ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging environment for all age groups.
  • Setting up equipment before sessions and making sure everything is safe and ready to go.
  • Taking ownership of your sessions, delivering them in a professional and timely manner to a high standard.
  • Communicating effectively with the Duty Manager and the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly.
  • Always keeping safety and child welfare as your top priorities, following our safeguarding policies.
  • Representing the Club with a positive attitude and friendly approach that encourages families to return and spread the word.

You don’t need specific qualifications or experience – just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a friendly, approachable nature. If you’re reliable and would like to work with kids, this could be the perfect role for you.

This role is offered on a casual contract, meaning there are no set agreed hours - primarily, work offered will be at weekends and could include weekdays during the school holidays.  Hours of work will be during the club’s operational opening hours.
