We are seeking a Salesforce administrator to join us to support the effective maintenance of our CRM, which is used across the Charity. 

The ideal candidate has a full Salesforce Administrator certification, has some hands-on experience, and is eager to grow their technical skills in Salesforce. You will work closely with our CRM and Technology Manager, Chief Finance and Operations Officer and business stakeholders to help improve business processes and system performance.

Role type: permanent, Part-time (0.6FTE)

Working pattern: Open to discussions around the pattern for 0.6 FTE, we expect one day to be at our Bookmark offices in central London as a minimum. 

Salary: £24,000-£25,200 (£40,000-£42,000 FTE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CRM & Technology Manager and stakeholders in gathering business requirements and proposing system improvements. 
  • Document processes, workflows, and system changes. This individual will be responsible for overseeing Bookmark’s Salesforce governance processes. 
  • Communicating change across the business. 
  • Support the maintenance and configuration of our system, and third-party managed packages (i.e. DocuSign)
  • Manage and deploy Salesforce changes using change sets while tracking releases and projects in Jira. 
  • Follow CI/CD processes for the development and deployment of system changes. 
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues such as Flow errors, record access problems, and general Salesforce training. 
  • Ensure data security and compliance by managing record access and effective field level security using OWD, profiles and permission sets.

Required Qualifications and Experiences:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Salesforce-related role. 
  • Salesforce Administrator certification. 

Desirable Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Experience in using JIRA 
  • HubSpot experience
