REGULATION is London's premier fetish brand, specialising in British made latex and leather menswear. We are seeking a Quality Control and Finishing Assistant to join our production team, on a full-time basis (5 days per week, Mon-Fri).

The successful candidate will ideally have some previous experience in garment quality control, production, or a similar role. Full knowledge, training and experience is a plus but not necessary as we will provide on the job training to hone those skills towards the requirements of the role. Hourly pay will be reflective of current experience levels.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Quality Monitoring: Identify, document, and communicate quality control issues to the production team. 
  • Perform in-hand quality checks on all in-house produced garments to ensure consistency and compliance with specifications.
  • Checking seams, finishing details, and overall garment integrity.
  • Communicating with the production manager / team to address and prevent quality issues proactively.
  • Finishing & Hardware Application: Apply finishing hardware to latex garments, including eyelets, rivets, snap fastenings, and other fittings. Ensuring all hardware is securely and accurately attached.

Preferable Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Familiarity with garment construction, materials, and measurement techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong practical, hands-on skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Commitment to upholding high-quality standards and safety procedures.
