The role
Education Support are the leading charity supporting teacher’s wellbeing, and we need an energetic experienced account manager to support our 1,500 school customers
Your supporting statement of no more than 2 pages of A4 should demonstrate your experience in the essential aspects of the role. Please ensure that you focus on the answers to the following;
• Why you are passionate about this role
• Your organisational skills and/or administrative experience
• Your experience with customer care/support
• Your ability to work with or learn CRM, finance and communication systems/platforms
