About CORE Nuclear Solutions
Core Nuclear Solutions is a fast-growing company specialising in nuclear remote engineering. We provide comprehensive services, including design, manufacturing, testing, maintenance, and decommissioning. Our design department manages the full project lifecycle, from initial concept development to the construction and operation of equipment at nuclear sites across the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Interpretation of design requirements from initial customer concept through to manufacture.
- Demonstarate proficiency in interpreting and analysing engineering drawings, extracting critical information, identifying design requirements and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Responsible for generating and maintaining comprehensive engineering documentation including:
o Risk Assessments
o Engineering Calculations
o Technical Reports
o Drawings and Schematics
o Engineering Calculations
o Technical Reports
o Drawings and Schematics
- Participate in project meetings, communicate with stakeholders
Minimum essential qualifications/ experience and role requirements:
- HNC / HND Qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD Inventor
- Relevant industrial experience
- Ability to obtain security clearance for nuclear sites.
