We have an opportunity for a newly created role of Head Receptionist to join our fun and friendly team.

In this role, you'll be leading and supporting our Front of House staff, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient reception experience for everyone — members, non-members, and students from Christ’s Hospital School. You’ll also play a key part in protecting the club's interests, including managing payments, keeping accurate records, and maintaining registers.

We’re looking for someone who is professional, organised, and able to manage their own workload. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are a must.  It’s essential that you have previous experience in customer service and leadership.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to make this role their own.

The position is part-time, offering 30 hours per week, which can be worked flexibly within the club’s opening hours. You’ll be required to work at least one shift per week on Reception and provide cover for colleagues when needed.   In accordance with the operational requirements of the business, working hours may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
