Main purpose of job:
Manage a portfolio of clients across the Insights division and be accountable for the retention and adoption of Groundsure products and services, whilst also being responsible for new business growth into the team.
Take full responsibility for your targets and ensure your agreed strategy and plans exceed these expectations. Collaborate closely with all teams at Groundsure to ensure an exceptional customer journey for clients and contribute to the development of Groundsure products and services.
Main duties
- Negotiate pricing, manage and grow your existing Groundsure portfolio and demonstrate new business acquisition;
- Attend face to face meetings with existing and targets clients;
- Work to increase Groundsure market share;
- Draft proposals / contracts and quotes with the support of the Sales Director;
- Create and present your sales plan demonstrating a clear path to achieve and exceed targets;
- Create strategic account plans for all targets to identify growth opportunities;
- Create campaigns and promotions with Groundsure marketing to increase adoption;
- Deliver effective and detailed product presentations to clients to raise brand awareness and drive growth;
- Follow up on inbound leads to develop relationships with existing and target clients;
- To gather feedback from your target market so the business can understand users’ needs and drive product development;
- To manage requests and ensure clients receive a timely response;
- To ensure all contact information is accurate and recorded in Hubspot;
- To maintain an up to date knowledge of the Environmental Consultancy industry;
- Maintain and build excellent relationships with clients / prospects at all levels;
- Supporting our policies in the interests of good governance and our commitment to B Corp certification.
