The Endpoint Group seeks a creative and driven Video Editor who consistently delivers high-quality work. We are currently focused on producing short-form media, so your portfolio must showcase experience in creating short-form content and a strong understanding of the platforms on which it thrives. You will collaborate across all our sub-brands—Endpoint, Loadout Media, UKIC, and Pracrooms—as well as with external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality, engaging video content with a focus on short-form media. 
  • Collaborate with the wider team to brainstorm and develop unique video concepts that align with brand vision and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content, social media algorithms, and video production techniques to ensure our content performs at its best.
  • Coordinate with sponsors and clients to produce tailored content that meets their requirements.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across videos, adhering to brand guidelines while being able to adapt based on the project or client, and ensuring all output reflects our high standards.
  • Work with our Creative team to develop an editorial calendar and strategise long-term content creation plans.
  • Assist the Creative team in guiding content during media days and events, and develop strategies to ensure effective utilisation of the media afterwards.
  • Support our videographer in coordinating and capturing media with talent, both online and in-person.


Core Requirements:


  • Sheffield based. 
  • Proficiency in Video Editing Software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar, including cutting, colour grading and working with audio. 
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for each platform, along with a proven ability to produce engaging short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong creative ideation skills.
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams and clients.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all edits meet technical and creative standards.


Desirable:

  • Videography and photography experience.
  • Knowledge of software such as After Effects and experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Familiarity with OBS and/or other video recording software.
  • Understanding of setting up a media studio including lights, cameras and audio.  
  • Confidence in editing greenscreen footage.
  • Experience with social media analytics for video platforms and leveraging that data to optimise video content.

THIS ROLE IS BASED IN SHEFFIELD, UK.
Whilst we offer flexible working, applicants from outside Sheffield must be willing to relocate as regular office attendance is required. Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications from outside the UK.
