Are you an experienced leader looking for a dynamic and varied role? Lincolnshire Herbs is seeking a Floating Team Leader to support our Pot Production Department, covering both Harvesting and Planting operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations by covering for other team leaders when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily harvesting and planting to meet production targets and quality standards.

  • Supervise and train staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to correct procedures.

  • Maintain high levels of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.

  • Support the Pot Packing, Planting, SOP, Grower, and QA Departments.

  • Use Rubicon systems for label and tag management.

  • Monitor and report any pest, disease, or disorder concerns to the Grower.

  • Plan and allocate daily staffing levels efficiently.

  • Motivate and communicate with teams to achieve KPIs and production targets.

  • Ensure minimal waste levels for sleeves, pots, and trays.

  • Keep work areas clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an agricultural or production environment.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to be flexible and cover absences when required.

  • Knowledge of BRC, Red Tractor, and LEAF regulations is desirable.

  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement in processes and performance.
