We have a fantastic opportunity available in the Greenway Café at Standalone Farm.
Working 35 hours per week, on a rota shift pattern you will support our Catering Manager in preparing and serving food in accordance with menu requirements, and supervise our team of assistants to ensure the smooth running of the service primarily through the Greenway Café.

This is a varied and busy role, in which you will be putting your skills to play preparing menus and developing recipes, planning, organising and monitoring controls of food quality, maintaining the food cost within the unit, and ensuring all kitchen equipment is maintained to a high standard.
You will help to provide ongoing support, training and development team members in line with current legislation (e.g. Food Safety; COSHH; Alcohol; Allergens and Health & Safety).
ABOUT YOU:
- Have previous experience supervising staff, to ensure impeccable food and customer service delivery
- You must be able to demonstrable catering experience, ideally both front and back of house.
- Flexible approach to work and a ‘can do’ attitude
