Whom are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our smart battery system solutions. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting BESS installations at our customers' sites. Along with a Field Service Engineer, you will work closely with our technical and software team and Field Service Engineers and report to the Field Service Manager.

Your Role:
  • On-site installation, startup and commissioning of smart battery system solutions.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of smart battery system solutions to ensure maximum operation and reliability.
  • Analyze technical problems and provide quick and efficient solutions.
  • Documenting technical data and progress of work.
  • Train customers and colleagues in the use and maintenance of smart battery system solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all work activities.


What will you bring?
  • Education in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (preferably within the BESS or energy storage industry).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering systems and equipment.
  • Experience working on site and troubleshooting technical failures.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Willingness to travel and work at different locations in the Netherlands.
  • Independent, results-oriented and a team player.
