x2 Support Line Manager (1 FTE, permanent)
As a partner for the delivery of the 24/7 Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Line, with Rape Crisis England and Wales, alongside Lincolnshire Rape Crisis & Sexual Abuse and ARCH Teesside, Rape Crisis South London are looking for a skilled and empathetic Support Line Manager to join us at a time of significant change and growth.
We are looking for 2 Support Line Managers who have a strong track record of managing support line service provision for sexual violence support services. Our newly appointed Support Line Managers will be a part of contributing towards a culture that values and respects diversity, learning, improvement, striving for quality and best practice.
As one of our Support Line Managers, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they can positively manage a team of Support Line workers through supporting well-being and continuous professional development. You will be able to demonstrate how to deal with escalated queries and provide your team with the skills and knowledge to provide the best service possible whilst collaborating with the wider team to ensure that best practices are upheld.
The position is offered on a 1 FTE basis and the required shift patterns are as follows:
Manager 1: Sat, Sun and Mon 7am – 3pm; Tues and Weds – 11am – 7pm
Manager 2: Sat, Sun 11am – 7pm; Monday and Tuesday 2.30pm – 10.30pm (or 3pm – 11pm) plus one flexible shift (either 2.30pm – 10.30pm Friday or 2.30pm – 10.30pm on Wednesday)
