CRASAC are able to offer an exciting opportunity to join our therapeutic services team supporting survivors and victims of sexual violence and abuse. You will deliver high-quality support to all clients referring into therapeutic services through delivery of both group and 1:1 sessions in a trauma-informed way.
 
Hours:                                Up to 30 hours per week 

Location:                           Predominantly Office based, with some flexibility to WFH.

Purpose of the post: 
 
·         To develop and deliver trauma informed sessions for all clients referred into our therapeutic services to meet the needs of victims/survivors impacted by sexual violence and abuse across Coventry.

·         Develop and co-facilitate welcome sessions for all clients.

·         Develop and co-facilitate CRASAC’s groupwork programme.

·         Deliver a small allocation of 1:1 support and psychoeducation around coping strategies and self-care.

·         To support all survivors/victims to feel empowered on their journey of healing and recovery.
