FAMILIES KEY WORKER
Full time - 35 hours per week | £23,000 per annum | Fixed Term 12 month contract with the possibility of extension subject to funding | Bradford

We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Worker to join our established Families Team working on the Supported Families Programme. As one of our Key Workers, you will develop and deliver a range of targeted Early Help services which will achieve and sustain positive outcomes for families.
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team who has previous experience working with families and young people.
Education and Qualifications:
Essential
· A relevant Level 3 qualification and/or equivalent experience
· Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
· First Aid Qualification or willingness to work towards
Desirable
· Professional qualification as a children’s workforce practitioner (e.g. qualified teacher, youth worker, social worker or healthcare practitioner.)
· NVQ Level 3 working with parents
· Safeguarding Level 2 and 3
· PCV/D1 driving licence.
Skills and Experience:
Essential
· Experience of providing support to children, young people and families
· Practical understanding of contemporary issues relating to children, young people and families
· Practical experience of delivering interventions that support children, young people and families
· Experience of programme design and evaluation against set outcomes
