<div class="trix-content"> <div><strong>Hours: </strong>This role is being recruited as Zero Hour but is likely to be 5hrs pw or more with extra hours available during Elections, Freshers and other peak times.<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> This role is based in the main office in UHI House, Inverness.<br><br><strong>Purpose of the role<br></strong><br>The Students’ Association for the Highlands and Islands is an incredibly complex and busy environment and the Operations Team is at the heart of what keeps it running.&nbsp; We cover Finance, HR &amp; Payroll, Facilities and Compliance as well as general operational needs such as travel, equipment and other logistical requirements.<br><br>This individual needs to be a team player but equally able to work under their own direction.&nbsp; Working in our main office with a range of other staff and officers, this individual could gain valuable experience for a future career in office administration, finance, HR, business or event planning.<br><br><strong>Duties may include:<br></strong><br>1. Assisting with managing the general mailbox and scheduling meetings&nbsp;<br>2. Processing data for HR reports<br>3. Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings<br>4. Arranging supplies and equipment to be sent out to other offices<br>5. Working on monthly internal newsletters<br>6. Placing orders for local teams<br>7. Maintaining stock of office supplies<br><br></div> </div>
