About the Summit and Content Team
We stage the award winning annual One Young World Summit. Our goal is to deliver a world class hybrid-form Summit that engages and inspires our delegates, delivers our partner and sponsorship agreements, and ensures our suppliers deliver their service agreements with a focus on safety, accessibility, sustainability, and equal employment opportunities.
In terms of content, we strive to facilitate well researched, thought provoking, action-oriented panel discussions and keynotes for the Summit.
Our Summit’s USP is our incredible delegate speaker programme. The speakers are impact driven young leaders with a story to tell, usually personal. The team hand picks these 30+ speakers and works with them on writing their speeches, guiding them through the process of public speaking, storytelling and relaying often personally harrowing details to a 2000+ audience.
To shape the agenda not only do we use our global network and longstanding relationships with our Counsellors and Corporate partners, we collaborate with the host city on content that relates to them, and in turn we engage with future host cities to identify any speakers they may wish to engage with.We produce 30+ hours of content for the Summit across all stages, plus we facilitate around 50 in person workshops and in 2022 curated around twelve hours of digital content for our platform.

- Elevating young leaders’ profiles locally and globally
It all begins with our annual Summit - the beating heart of what we are about. For young leaders, this is the landmark event of the year. It is a chance for the individuals responsible for shaping the future of our world, to come together to confront the biggest challenges facing humanity. The Summit is the ultimate place to be inspired, share learnings, and connect.
But the Summit is not just a life-changing four-day experience, it is just the start of every attendee’s journey with us. Every leader who attends leaves the Summit as a One Young World Ambassador and a valued member of our global community. This is a lifelong membership to one of the most incredible networks in the world.
Our global Community is a community like no other. When we say global, that’s exactly what we mean. It comprises 15,200+ young leaders, partners, and supporters from over 196 countries, spanning every sector and industry. It is comprised of activists, humanitarians, world-leaders, business-leaders, thought-leaders, entrepreneurs, politicians, and innovators.
We partner with 180+ global businesses, NGOs, and educational institutions. Leading companies from every sector make One Young World an integral part of their global talent development, retention, and attraction.
