We are looking for a new member of the team at the Standalone Farm, to work 30 hours per week in our Visitor Services Team, ensuring the smooth operation of all events and activities and that every Standalone Farm visitor has an exceptional visit.
As the public face of the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation our Standalone Farm team members:
- provide visitors with exceptional levels of customer service to maximise enjoyment from their visit;
- respond professionally to all visitor enquiries, information requests or issues that arise in line with policy, procedures and management support; and
- maintain a professional image at all times.
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Experience of working in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Experience of working in a team which delivers great customer service.
And you will be presentable, personable and a team player with a 'can do' attitude and a good work ethic.
Due to the nature of the role flexibility will be required, appreciated and reciprocated.
