Hi, we’re Treehouse. We’re a Poole based boutique realtime production company by the sea that specializes in using Unreal Engine to tell awesome stories.
We're currently working on a feature film, for theatrical release, with an A-List Hollywood director.
The roles are full time and based in our office in Poole. Ideally we're looking for people to work in the studio (remote working considered but not a guarantee).
All applicants must be based and eligible to work in the UK - we are unable to offer visa sponsorship to international applicants at this time.

Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic animators with a wide range of skills to join our growing team!
As part of the animation department you will be working closely with the Animation Supervisor and Animation Lead to process motion capture data and enhancing animation to create believable performances.
If you have a passion for animation and can use Unreal or Maya, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Keyframing animation and staging shots in Unreal Engine
- Integrating facial and body capture data into shots
- Cleaning up and enhancing motion capture data
- Trouble-shooting issues and finding solutions to improve the pipeline
Requirements
- A strong animation portfolio demonstrating excellent timing, emotion, weight and believability.
- Excellent knowledge of Maya
- Technical and creative problem solving
- Experience with motion-capture data (preferred)
- Proactive approach to working
You would be an absolute superstar if you possessed the following bonus skills:
- Cleaning mo-cap data
- General knowledge of Unreal Engine
- A small amount of scripting knowledge - Mel or Python preferred.
- Previous experience in a VFX environment.
- An understanding of rigging
