We are looking for an enthusiastic Café Manager to join us here at Change Mental Health. This is an exciting new role that will play a key part in launching and establishing our first non-profit café in Edinburgh city centre. 
 
The Café Manager is a pivotal role sitting within our Fundraising and Business development team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, kind, outgoing and authentic hospitality professional to bring our new non-profit venture to life in the heart of the city.
 
The post holder will have the unique opportunity to create an uplifting, non-stigmatising café that will be known for great coffee, will raise awareness of Mental Health and Illness whilst creating a safe and supportive space where everyone is welcome.

Please note, the salary has been set at the upper limit of our salary band for this role.
