The Senior Policy officer will assist in the development and delivery of VOYPIC’s policy advocacy strategy, ensuring that it is underpinned by evidence and research, and the views and experiences of care-experienced children and young people. 

This will include policy and political analysis, research, and policy development, developing and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders in both the statutory and voluntary sectors to safeguard and promote the rights and best interests of children in and leaving care in Northern Ireland.
