THE ROLE
Standalone Farm is one of our community assets that delivers educational, social, play, leisure and wellbeing opportunities for children, young people and families from Letchworth and the surrounding areas, with a strong focus on environmental and financial sustainability.

Due to retirement, a unique opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, hands-on Farm Manager responsible for planning and delivering farm activities including animal healthcare, animal breeding and land management.

We are looking for someone to join the Standalone Farm Management team and work collaboratively to build a truly great experience for our customers.

You will have:
- experience in farm management including livestock husbandry
- excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead a high performing, highly motivated team
- the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- demonstrable knowledge of and experience implementing regulatory and farm assurance standards
- a passion for providing farm visitors with learning experiences and opportunities
