What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Ground Operations Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the Ground Operations Supervisor and Ground Operations Manager in the day-to-day delivery of the RIAT Showground Build/load-in, Load-out/Recovery phases.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out all Site related tasks allocated from Site Office
- Ensuring the safe build of the RIAT Showground as per CAD
- Carrying out manual handling tasks
- Driving of site vehicles and forklifts (if licenced)
- Ensuring all areas are built under CDM Regulations 2015
- Ensuring a safe “takedown” of site infrastructure
Type of Contract/Working Hours
Fixed Term Contract until 7th August 2023
36.25 hours per week. All employees are required to work the Saturday or Sunday before the Royal International Air Tattoo and the whole weekend of the event.
What We Will Offer:
A salary of £23,690 pro rata is accompanied by pension and a focus on staff wellbeing and social events throughout the year.
You will also be given two complimentary tickets to The Royal International Air Tattoo and a staff discount of 50% for an additional six.
