We are a reputable home care provider based in Buckinghamshire, and we are seeking a compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Preparing meals and ensuring that dietary requirements are met
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting individuals with activities of daily living, such as shopping and cleaning
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a care setting preferred however training will be provided
- A caring and compassionate personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to improving the quality of life for those in your care
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if required
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred
