We’re a Poole based boutique realtime production company by the sea that specializes in using Unreal Engine to tell awesome stories.<br><br>We're currently working on a feature film, for theatrical release, with an A-List Hollywood director and need someone magnificent to run the animation team!<br><br>&nbsp;All applicants must be based and eligible to work in the UK<br><br></div><h1><strong>Job Description</strong></h1><div><br>We are producing high-quality, hyper-realistic animation for our feature film production, with in-house motion capture being the backbone of it all.</div><div><br><br></div><div>If you have a passion for animation and can use Unreal or Maya, then we want to hear from you&nbsp;</div><div>...especially if you're had experience leading a creative team.</div><div><br><br></div><h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1><ul><li>A strong Animation portfolio demonstrating excellent timing, emotion, weight and believability.</li><li>Experience mentoring team members</li><li>Motion-capture experience</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Maya</li><li>Technical and creative problem solving.</li></ul><div><br><br></div><div>You would be an absolute superstar if you possessed the following bonus skills:</div><ul><li>Cleaning mo-cap data</li><li>General knowledge of Unreal Engine</li><li>A small amount of scripting knowledge - Mel or Python preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in a VFX environment.</li><li>An understanding of rigging.</li></ul><div><br><br>The role is full time (as in a career, not a contract) based in our office in Poole.
