The Role
Due to our rapid growth ambitions, Cognisys Group is looking to add to our existing sales team and onboard an experienced Cyber Security Account Manager to focus on new-business acquisition. We are seeking knowledgeable, driven, results-oriented sales professionals who are ready to provide the next level of cyber service to their clients! 

The ideal candidate will need the following background:
o Proven experience in providing security services into C-level  Executives across various industry sectors
o The ability to demonstrate owning an entire sales cycle from  prospecting to onboarding
o A passion for relationship building and problem solving
o The ability to demonstrate strong communication and persuasion skill
o Proven track record for meeting and exceeding target expectations
o Mature understanding of the cyber security industry and service providers
o Tenacity to overcome objections and challenge existing client beliefs

Key duties of the Cyber Security Account Manager will include:
o Understand and articulate Cognisys beliefs and value proposition
o Work strategically with sales leaders to prospect pre-agreed target accounts
o Work closely with sales and marketing to build a successful pipeline to meet financial sales expectations
o Offering industry-level expert advice and guidance, challenging existing client beliefs, and interacting with the end user on security solutions
o Attending cybersecurity training and developing an expert understanding of our portfolio

Onboarding new-business clients is critical to the growth of any business and Cognisys in no different. As such, our new Cyber Security Account Manager will be supported by our technical, sales leadership, and marketing teams to ensure every chance of success. A successful candidate will be able to solve business challenges on behalf of clients and build long-term relationships while reselling our portfolio of security services.
