The role of Senior Instructor is extremely important in assisting the Chief Instructor with ensuring that the overall safety and quality of the operation is to the highest of standards. They will need to lead and motivate the team aswell as be a big part in interacting with teachers and children to provide the best trips possible 

During the week the Senior Instructor will be provided with a timetable by the Chief Instructor.  This will include planning and coordinating all aspects of the arrivals and departures of groups. In addition observing staff performance and delivering feedback to aid their development, completing safety checks and supervising all mean times.
